Acting on behalf of HMG, Legat Owen have secured a letting of Unit 14, The Gerard Centre, Ashton in Makerfield to Card Factory following the administration of Waterfield Bakers. Card Factory took a new 10 year lease at a rent of £25,000 per annum.
Commenting the transaction, director of Legat Owen James Lutton said:
‘This letting now means the scheme remains fully let and with the extension on the car park due to start on site later this year, we are very excited about the future of the centre. Once again, we have been able to move the rental tone forward with the letting to Card Factory.
