Cheshire Development Site Hits The Market

A 22-acre site in Middlewich has come onto the market as a new development opportunity in the region.

Commercial property agent Legat Owen has been instructed on the freehold sale of ‘18:22’ located next to the MA6NITUDE logistics centre development.

Located within two miles of the M6, ‘18:22’ has potential for approximately 300,000 sq ft of industrial accommodation which could be split into various unit sizes from 10,000 sq ft up to 60,000 sq ft.

The space could be utilised to meet the increasing demand for industrial and logistics accommodation for small businesses in the North West.
