Builders Merchant MKM have commenced trading in their new purpose built depot in Macon Way, Crewe. The 15,000 sq ft unit sits on a site of 2 acres just to the south of Crewe town centre.
MKM have taken a 15 year lease without a break.

The Macon Way site had remained vacant for several years following the demolition of the former car dealership on the site. We identified the requirement from MKM for a new depot in Crewe and quickly assembled a scheme design and negotiated terms for the pre-let. MKM are a dynamic company that are keen to drive their expansion programme and they moved swiftly to secure the opportunity. The development was built by local contractor Pioneer Construction who delivered the facility ahead of programme.
