New Vision Business Park Completion Attracts New Letting

Acting on behalf of Pure Residential and Commercial Ltd, Legat Owen has announced a new tenant at New Vision Business Park at St. Asaph, North Wales. The deal follows on from the completion of phase two of the £2.5million speculative development in February.

Safety Media, one of Wales’s fastest growth businesses and leading global provider of health and safety software and training, has relocated its head office from Bodelwyddan to take a 4,197sq ft suite, on a ten-year lease.

Situated within the well-established and highly popular St. Asaph Business Park, New Vision provides a total 16,000 sq ft of office accommodation split between four individual buildings. The suites, developed to high specification, range in size from 2,012 sq ft up to 8,351 sq ft. The business park provides above average car parking spaces.

The scheme is located within a Welsh Government Assisted area, giving discretionary grants to eligible companies which move to the area.  The wider St. Asaph Business Park provides more than 800,000 sq ft of high tech offices and business space.

Chris White, managing director, Pure Residential and Commercial Ltd, commented:

“New Vision continues to prove successful as a strategic speculative development, complementing the ever-popular St. Asaph Business Park and supplying North Wales’s demand for aspirational quality office accommodation.

“With one unit let, one under offer, there are two remaining suites available on a quoting rental of £13 per sq ft.”
