Peter Owen, one of the company's founders, heads up the professional department giving private and corporate clients personal and specialist advice on landlord and tenant matters.
He is also regularly appointed as Arbitrator/Independent Expert both by the President of the RICS and privately.
Natalie Tansey, joined the firm in 2003, gained an MSc in Commercial Property Management from Liverpool John Moores University in 2005 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2006.
Natalie undertakes rent review and lease renewal work for a wide range of client's including Royal London, Lloyds TSB and Hollins Murray Group and operates across the main property sectors. In addition she also carries out valuations for secured lending for the main high street clearing banks as well as for private clients.
Sue Haslam is also a long standing director of the company. In addition to heading up the management department she specialises in rating, providing professional and expert advice on all types of property throughout the United Kingdom.
Clearly rent and rates are a vital element of property ownership and occupation. Specialist advice is essential to ensure that, for owners, returns are maximised whilst for tenants, occupation costs are kept to the absolute minimum.
The department can also provide valuations for a range of different purposes, from security for bank loan purposes to asset valuations meeting Stock Exchange requirements.
