Building Surveying property services
Mark Atherton leads the building surveying team.
Mark graduated at Liverpool Polytechnic in 1987 with a Degree in Building Surveying and two years later was elected Professional Associate of the RICS.
Since then he has been involved at the sharp end of building surveying, bringing a client focused commercially aware service to achieve prompt pragmatic resolution of often complicated and contentious issues.
Mark's experience includes being a Director of Building Surveying at a nationwide real estate investment company, where he was responsible for all aspects of the groups building surveying requirements throughout a substantial commercial portfolio.
Mark is also a qualified asbestos surveyor and able to formulate appropriate identification reports and implement systems for control and management of asbestos under current legislation.
