Wrexham based Village Bakery have completed the purchase of a detached 50,000 sq ft manufacturing facility on Wrexham Industrial Estate in order to facilitate the continued growth of their business.
The 50,000 sq ft unit sits on a site of 4.87 acres and will undergo a comprehensive programme of refurbishment and fit out works to convert it to a state of the art bakery facility.
Legat Owen’s industrial team negotiated the sale of the building on behalf SIMEC Investments.
