Rupert Chadwick-DunbarBSc (Hons)
Rupert joined the practice in 2017 as a placement student. He has since completed his degree at Northumbria University Newcastle and has re-joined as a graduate surveyor in the business space team.
He is also working towards becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors by completing his Assessment of Professional Competence.
In his spare time Rupert is a keen sport enthusiast and enjoys football, tennis and skiing.

Mark has over 14 years’ experience working in the Industrial Agency Team within the Business Space Department as an Associate Director, joining the company after a successful Sandwich Placement from Nottingham Trent University.
Specialising in the acquisition and disposal of industrial premises, land and development, Mark acts for clients from Individuals to Prop Co’s and Funds including Aberdeen Asset Management, IPIF, Tilstone, Hollingsworth Estates, Hurstwood Holdings, Stretton Group, Northern Trust and HIMOR.
Mark is currently EGi Dealmaker of the year for North Wales and a committee member of the Chester Association of Auctioneers, Estate Agents & Surveyors.
Socially he enjoys a variety of sports including Rugby, Football, Cricket and Squash along with the more cultural aspects of life.
Stephen WadeBSc (Hons) MRICS
Stephen joined Legat Owen in 1994 as a Chartered Surveyor. He is a Director of the Company and Head of the Business Space Team. He advises a broad range of clients on Agency, Valuation and Development matters.
Stephen is an RICS Registered Valuer and an Expert Witness in relation to both Valuation and Planning matters. He has appeared at several Planning Inquiries for the Country’s leading house builders dealing with employment land supply issues and has prepared Expert Witness reports for both commercial and matrimonial disputes.
Stephen clients include; Welsh Government, Welsh Ambulance Service Trust, Tata Steel, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Airbus.
Recent transaction have included; the sale of a 160,000 sq ft distribution unit in Warrington for Celtic Asset Management, the sale of an 8.5 acre former hospital site at St Asaph for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, the sale of a 5 acre site to VW in Llandudno Junction for Welsh Government and the acquisition of 15 acres at Parc Cybi in Holyhead on behalf of Conygar Plc for a new Truck Stop.
