Tom recently joined the practice in the summer of 2015 after finishing his degree in real estate at Sheffield Hallam University.
Tom now specialises in industrial units and warehouses and is responsible for a number of properties in the North West/North Wales area. He is also studying to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors by completing his assessment of professional competencies while working at Legat Owen.
Tom is a keen rugby player and fan, while also following his hometown football team of Burnley

Tom joined Legat Owen as an Associate Director in February 2018 having worked in private practice in Chester for over 16 years.
He has extensive knowledge of the North Wales and North West Commercial Property sectors having advised clients on a diverse range of assets over many years. Tom has joined the busy Property Management team at Legat Owen as a Property Manager with a view to providing comprehensive and strategic Asset Management services to clients with large and diverse portfolios.
His areas of focus will include Landlord & Tenant professional services, maximising income through active property management, advising on acquisitions and disposals, day to day property management including rent collection and service charges.
Tom, who was brought up on the Wirral, now lives in Chester with his wife and two young sons. He is an RICS registered valuer and past Chairman of the Chester Association of Estate Agents, Auctioneers and Surveyors. In his spare time he enjoys skiing, swimming, cooking and spending time with his family.
