Acting on behalf of Cheshire West and Chester Council, we are delighted to confirm the latest letting at HQ, Chester’s flagship office building.
Admiral Taverns are relocating their head office and have acquired 7,500 sq ft on a 10 year lease. They join Chester Racecourse, PFL Healthcare and Knights Solicitors as the latest occupier in the building. A further 30,000 sq ft is under offer to IWG who plan to open a co-working space later in the year under their “Spaces” brand.

This letting is the latest in a string of deals within the building and across the city. Supply is at its lowest for some time with Knights Court currently the only building in the city centre capable of accommodating requirements of 10,000 sq ft plus. Demand has also ticked up noticeably since the start of the year and this, together with the loss of B1 space to residential / hotel use is driving rental levels forward. Too often, the contribution that office workers make to a city is overlooked and to maintain vitality and growth within Chester, it is important to retain and attract new office based employers.
