Legat Owen have been retained as sole agent to market two new manufacturing/ warehouse units on Cloister Way, off Newbridge Road in Ellesmere Port.
The units, which are currently under construction, will be available later this year. Unit 1 extends to 21,969 sq ft, Unit 2 extends to 18,514 sq ft. The units can be easily combined if required to provide up to 40,483 sq ft.

Andrews have already completed a 45,000 sq ft unit for Hertel and a 35,000 sq ft unit for FCC nearby on Cloister Way. The new units are situated within the recently established Cheshire Science Corridor Enterprise Zone and qualifying occupiers are eligible for business rate relief up to £55,000 per annum over a 5 year period.
The units will be available to let at a quoting rent of £4.75 per sq ft.
