Dalton House Changes Hands

We have secured the sale of a prominent, office building, located at Midpoint 18 business park in Middlewich, Cheshire.

The 13,107 sq ft detached building has been acquired by mass spectrometry firm, Isotopx, which is relocating from smaller premises on the estate. Situated over two floors, Dalton House offers an open plan layout and benefits from 43 dedicated parking spaces.

Located two miles west off junction 18 on the M6, Midpoint 18 is a well located mixed-use business park and has established itself as one of the North West’s most successful business locations, providing a pivot between the north and south.

Speaking about the sale, Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen said:

Dalton House was a rare opportunity to purchase a large detached office building and whilst in need of refurbishment, it had excellent potential and we had strong interest in the property.
