Acting upon the instructions of Itaconix, we are pleased to have negotiated a surrender of their lease at 1 Newtech Square, Deeside Industrial Estate back to Flintshire County Council.
The building extends to 22,500 sq ft and was held on a lease to July 2026 incurring costs in excess of £150,000 pa which have now been saved. We also identified Quay Pharma who have purchased the property simultaneously with the lease surrender.
