We have expanded our property and asset management team with the appointment of two new members of staff.
Hannah Baker joins to support with day-to-day property management. Born and raised in Cheshire, Hannah has extensive knowledge of the area and spent eight years dealing with high-end residential rentals and property management at Denton Clark Rentals before joining our Chester office.
Janet Mellor comes to the business having previously worked in the accounts at Matthews of Chester. She has been recruited to work in the management accounts team at Legat Owen as part of the continued growth of the department. We have, as part of a continued growth of the Department, also invested in new technology to assist in the day to day processing and administering the accounts function.

Both Hannah and Janet will be valuable assets due to the experience they bring with them.
