Interest levels in Z2 remained strong since the outset of the refurbishment programme, demonstrating the demand for top quality industrial accommodation in Deeside.

With high calibre occupiers committed to space at Z2, we are pleased to announce the early commencement of the next phase of works and together with the 100,000 sq ft of design and build options and the business rate relief options under the Tier II Grant Assisted Area, we anticipate that this prominent location will continue to attract ambitious businesses.
