North Wales based Harlech Food Service Ltd has completed the Assignment of the former Rybrook Volvo workshop unit on Sovereign Way, on the Chester West Employment Park.
Harlech will use the facility to expand their full offer food distribution service to a wide range of hotels, restaurants and catering facilities across Cheshire, the Wirral and the wider North West Region.
The unit was surplus to Rybrook Volvo’s requirements following the amalgamation of their workshop facility into a newly refurbished showroom on Sealand Road, Chester.
The unit extends to 10,984 Sq ft and sits on a site of 0.69 acre. The property benefits from dedicated parking and a substantial loading yard.
