Legat Owen Reappointment Boosts Lettings At Crewe Hall Farm

We have secured a new letting at Crewe Hall Farm after also being appointed as managing agent for the development .

Situated in landscaped grounds and owned by the Duchy of Lancaster, Crewe Hall Farm was formerly a collection of redundant barns and farm buildings before it was redeveloped into a high-quality office scheme in 2010. The development offers 27,000 sq ft of contemporary, high-quality accommodation in suites ranging from 1,000 to 6,500 sq ft.

The most recent letting is to the Tivoli Group, which has signed up to 3,400 sq ft on the ground floor of the Dovecote building. Tivoli joins existing tenants such as Red Eye International and TVCC. There is currently only 3,200 sq ft remaining available on site to let.

Mike Andrews, head of commercial for the Duchy of Lancaster, commented:

Legat Owen has expertise both in the local office market and as managing agents. They are local to the site with offices in Nantwich and Chester, and have in-depth knowledge of the scheme, which is of course a huge advantage. We look forward to working with Andy and the team to attract and retain organisations to what is an exceptional office destination.

Speaking about the success at Crewe Hall Farm, Andy Butler, director at Legat Owen, commented:

We were originally instructed as letting agents approximately a decade ago and have always maintained a good working relationship with the Duchy of Lancaster. Crewe Hall Farm is an idyllic setting yet only minutes away from the M6 motorway, Crewe railway station and half an hour’s drive from Manchester Airport, and has therefore proved very attractive to businesses since the development was completed.
