We are the most active agent in North Wales, according to national property publication, Estates Gazette (EG) and we also picked up a second award for the most active agency in Cheshire.
We have been involved in some of the region’s key deals over the last 12 months. The office agency team completed the investment sale of Ash Court, a 12,000 sq ft office building on Parc Menai in Bangor for MCR Property. At Wrexham Technology Park, we secured over 20,000 sq ft new lettings to a large number of local business’ s including Pendine Park, Whittingham Riddell, Motor Design, Caer Health, The Alternative Board and Coder Source.
The industrial team also scored notable successes including deals to national trade occupiers Eurocell and T.N. Robinson at Gaerwen Industrial Estate and the letting and subsequent sale of Excel 95 to Magellan Aerospace at Deeside Industrial Park.
