The commercial market in Cheshire has proved to be resilient to wider market forces over the last 12 months. We have seen high demand for industrial premises along M53 and M6 corridors particularly at Helix Business Park (Ellesmere Port) and Cheshire Green (Crewe). There has also been significant office takeup at key Business Parks centred on Crewe, Chester, Cheshire Oaks and Daresbury. There is no denying that Brexit has cast a shadow of uncertainty, however the team at Legat Owen works hard to ensure our clients are well positioned for the future, no matter the economic circumstances.
