Acting on behalf of private clients, Legat Owen have negotiated the sale of a mixed use development site in Ruabon, Wrexham.
The site extends to 4.9 Acres and is located adjacent to the Plas Madoc Estate.
The site benefitted from outline planning permission for 35 residential units, together with a convenience store and six light industrial units.

We received a number of bids for the site and managed to secure an acceptable unconditional bid which allowed the property to be sold in a timely manner.
