This month, we completed the sale of a 1,500 sq ft office investment situated at Solway Court, Crewe Business Park, Crewe for a private individual.
We have been instructed to sell Holden House, a self contained office comprising 5,741 sq ft with extensive parking situated in a prominent location in the centre of Chester Business Park. We are marketing to office for sale freehold.
April saw the industrial team complete on the letting to AO.com at Q110, Crewe. The appliances supplier has taken a 5 year lease at the 113,000 sq ft warehouse in Crewe from Quorum and Cabot Properties. Click here to read the full press release!
Another letting to complete this month was at Unit 37, Zone Two, Deeside – a detached industrial/warehouse unit of 12,178 Sq Ft with offices. Let to The Temporary Kitchen Company to aid their expansion.
The industrial team also received a number of new instructions this month.
New to the market is Road One, Winsford – a detached industrial/warehouse unit of 36,088 sq ft available for sale for the freehold interest.
In addition, we have also begun marketing Unit 1 Deva Business Park, Deeside. The 5,288 sq ft detached trade counter / warehouse unit has offices and is situated on a prominent roadside position alongside the A550(T).

Building Surveying News
In our Nantwich office, we acted on behalf of a private investor and acquired the freehold of PFG House, a vacant 18,500 sq ft modern industrial/warehouse unit in Tamworth.
On Sunday 26th April, the Legat Owen team took part in the 2.6 Challenge to raise money for our chosen charity, James Place.
Despite the current lockdown restrictions, our team managed to successfully complete a number of challenges including bike rides, walks and runs! Well done to everyone who took part and helped raise over £850 for James Place!
