Acting on behalf of Panacea Properties, joint property agents Legat Owen and CBRE have secured a 6,500 sq ft letting at Knight’s Court in Chester to the Solomon Group.
The multi-disciplinary property consultancy has relocated from 3,000 sq ft at The Quadrant on Chester West Employment Park to take the second floor of the three-storey building on a five-year lease.
Located on Weaver Street, Knight’s Court provides 20,000 sq ft modern, open-plan office accommodation. The building has been fully refurbished and offers secure car parking to the rear of the property. This deal means 13,500 sq ft remains available across the first and ground floor.
Speaking about the letting, Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen which is both letting and managing agent for the building, commented:
Knight’s Court is located in a highly prominent position offering extensive views across the racecourse. The building is a stone’s throw from all of the city’s amenities, a factor which has proved to be key in the occupier’s decision to move.
