An agreement to lease has now been signed for the 12,000 sq ft unit which is currently under construction as part of the second phase of the Helix development on Newbridge Road Ellesmere Port. The unit will be occupied by an Ellesmere Port company who will be relocating to Helix to facilitate their continued expansion.
Phase 1 of the development extended to 52,000 sq ft and is fully let.

The units are situated in the Cheshire Science Corridor and eligible occupiers are entitled to up to 5 years rates free.
