Acting on behalf of Atmore Centres Ltd, Legat Owen have secured a letting to Roman Originals in the Spinning Gate Shopping Centre in Leigh.
Roman Originals secured a unit extending to 2,500 sq ft sales and add to the existing line up of Costa, Select, Vision Express and Peacocks.
Acting on behalf of Atmore Centres Ltd, Retail Director James Lutton commented:
It’s great to secure another name such as Romans within the centre to add to the existing strong lineup. We have strong interest in the remaining units in the scheme and hope to see it fully let very soon.
