Legat Owen have completed the letting of 23-24 Hope Street, Wrexham to Select Fashion for a new 10-year lease.
The four storey 9,477 sq ft retail unit occupies a prominent location within the High Street and was previously home to Blue Inc retail.
Geoge Falck at Legat Owen, who acted for a private landlord, commented:
