Acting on behalf of Hollins Murray Group (HMG) and alongside joint agents CSP, we have signed up Sports Direct to Flint Retail Park.
Located off Holywell Road in the heart of Flintshire, the retail scheme comprises 121,655 sq ft of open retail space. The sports retailer has taken unit B measuring 8,195 sq ft on a 10-year lease. The Park is home to a plethora of retailers including Home Bargains, Sainsbury’s, Argos and B&M.
Speaking about the letting, our Director James Lutton commented:
We are pleased to see yet another national operator choose Flint Retail Park as the location for their latest store in the region.
The Park benefits from a high footfall thanks to its location close to Flint town centre and adjacent to the Jade Jones Pavilion where the town’s library and leisure centre are also located. With the deal now completed, plans are now afoot for future expansion.
