Tenant Sought For Newly Refurbished Office Building

A prominent office building on Chester Business Park is now available to let following a £2m refurbishment.

Halladale House, which was previously occupied by Ball Packaging, is a 20,000 sq ft detached property with open-plan layouts situated over two floors.

It now benefits from a new feature entrance and double-height glazed reception designed by Orbit Architects. A reconfigured core features new toilet blocks, showers and a lift.

Outside, the building offers up to 78 parking spaces and facilities for electric car charging.

Legat Owen is joint agent for the scheme with Avison Young.

Will Sadler, director at Legat Owen, said:

Halladale presents an exciting opportunity for any businesses looking to position themselves out of town and we’ve already had plenty of interest in what is now arguably the best building on the park. Over the last 12 months it has undergone an extensive refurbishment programme and offers exceptional office premises with extensive car parking, and is located in a prime commercial hotspot.

We are seeing more and more companies considering out-of-town business parks like this, with there being such a shortage of speculative development in the centre.

Quoting rental is £20 per sq ft.
