Acting on behalf of a private client, the Legat Owen retail team have completed the lettings of shopping centre spaces to CJ Butchers and Tech 51 in The Daniel Owen Shopping Centre, Mold.
Both CJ Butches and Tech 51 have completed their fit-out and are now open for trading.

Both lettings are a great addition to The Daniel Owen Shopping Centre. I have every faith that they will be very successful. Given the recent press regarding increasing voids in shopping centres, I am pleased that we can go against the grain and achieve two lettings in a short period of time with a number of other units in the centre under offer.
