Acting on behalf of Avon Capital Estates, commercial property agents Legat Owen haS signed up Cabfind to 12 Quays House, in Birkenhead, Merseyside.
The business travel management services provider has relocated from Egerton House in the town to take the 10,500 sq ft Grade ‘A’ property on a 10-year lease.
Until recently, the property was solely occupied by the Astro-Physics Research Institute, which forms part of Liverpool John Moores University. Avon undertook a comprehensive refurbishment to create high-quality office accommodation over two floors.

Following the departure of the previous tenant, Avon took the wise decision to invest in the property to bring it up to an extremely high standard and have been rewarded with this letting, which is one of the largest office deals to have been completed in Birkenhead since 2014.
