The appliances supplier has taken a 113,000 sq ft warehouse in Crewe from Quorum and Cabot Properties.
Ao.com signed a five-year lease at Q110, a new-build distribution facility on Weston Road, near to Junction 16 and 17 of the M6.
The warehouse was completed by Caddick in 2018 and designed by AEW Architects.
Q110 includes 20 HGV spaces, 126 parking spaces and 8,000 sq ft of office accommodation along with a 105,000 sq ft warehouse.
The quoted rent for the building is £6.25/sq ft
