Acting on behalf of the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation, The Derwent Group has agreed ten-year leases with H&S Electrical and Europlas PCVU Limited, which have taken 4,124 sq ft and 4,108 sq ft respectively.
The 6.7-acre site comprises 13 industrial buildings, which total 124,500 sq ft, and is home to businesses including Screwfix, British Red Cross, Ross Care, Gemco, Toolstation and City Plumbing.
Currently, only one 13,000 sq ft unit remains available at the base.
