Acting on behalf of private clients, Legat Owen have negotiated the sale of 233-235 Grange Road, Birkenhead, to a private investment company.
The property was let to Caversham Trading Ltd (T/A Brighthouse) under a 5 and a half year lease at a rent of £48,000. The property was sold for in access of £500,000.

The property was due to sell at auction, however, Legat Owen secured a bid ahead of the auction in excess of the guide and were able to negotiate an exchange of contract ahead of the auction date. This shows the continuing demand for lots in the sub £1m category even in challenging locations.
