Chester Business Park Round-Up

The first few months of 2018 have seen a number of lettings and new premises come to the market on Chester Business Park.  Firstup, Sinclair Pharmaceuticals who have leased 6,500 sq ft at Eden House on a new 10 year lease, expanding from 3,000 sq ft at Office Village. This has facilitated expansion for Adesa Automotive who have taken on Sinclair’s previous property increasing their presence to 10,000 sq ft. Again, at Eden House, we were delighted to lease a further 2,500 sq ft to Succession Group who double their presence on the park and at Hilliards Court, we have been pleased to welcome both Eclipse Marketing who are relocating from Vicars Cross as well as national charity, CLIMB, who have relocated from Crewe. Ascent Aerospace, a supplier for Airbus at Broughton have also opened a new facility within the Regus Building.  Following the re-branding of The Pavillions, “Honeycomb” is now 75% occupied with 3,000 sq ft under offer and 6,500 sq ft available

New opportunities on the park include 6,500 sq ft of fully fitted office space at Winster House….ideal for an occupier looking for high quality premises with zero cost fitout as well as “Clayton House”, a superb detached property of 3,000 sq ft with extensive parking, ideal for local SME occupiers. At the other end of the market, we are busy promoting “Jigsaw”, the last major development opportunity on the park.  Planning permission for 110,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation with up to 280 car parking spaces has been granted and a bespoke property is capable of being delivered within 18 months.
