Jon Hardie, Associate in our Building Surveying team, has successfully overseen the completion of tenant’s dilapidations works at Corrie Way, Bredbury Industrial Estate.
Acting on behalf of long standing clients Gaerwen Properties, Jon prepared and served the schedule of dilapidations, negotiated the specification of works and monitored the tenants contractors during the refurbishment process.
This dilapidations instruction was complicated by a lease break situation and substantial tenant alterations requiring removal. Our diligent and proactive approach meant that our clients building was handed back in full repair, ready for immediate occupation.
