Acting on behalf of two separate private clients, Legat Owen has recently sold both Aled House and Bala House, St Davids Park, Ewloe, Flintshire.
Aled House, extending to 10,500 sq ft has been sold to Cambrian Associates, a firm of Chartered Financial Planners based in nearby Hawarden, whilst Bala House, extending to approximately 6,000 sq ft has been sold to Pescado, an IT and Telecoms consultant relocating from Chester.

Originally built by Redrow, both Bala House and Aled House were extensively refurbished and following comprehensive marketing campaigns we are delighted to have secured these 2 sales for our clients. These transactions are further evidence of the popularity of St David’s Park driven by its high-quality environment, proximity to A55 and location within Wales, yet close to the border with England. The sales of these buildings come 9 months after significant land sales to Wales and West Housing Association and Anwyl Construction, both of whom are relocating to the park from the A55 corridor.
