Total Developments has announced its first letting at its seven-unit industrial scheme in Middlewich to Contour Showers.
The letting sees Contour Showers relocate from Winsford in Cheshire where the company occupied circa 18,000 sq ft to take 26,000 sq ft on a 15-year lease at £9 per sq ft. Inputting into the design, Contour Showers has amended the layout to create a high specification unit providing modern manufacturing space, offices and a showroom.
Construction of the 156,000 sq ft scheme is currently underway with Pioneer Design and Build acting as main contractor. The cladding is already in place on units 4,5, 6 and 7 and the steel works are being erected on Unit 8.
Practical completion is due in quarter one of 2024 and the units are available on a leasehold and freehold basis, ranging in size from 15, 425 sq ft up to 34,972 sq ft.
Matt Pochin, director at Legat Owen, which represented Total Developments, commented:
Total Park Middlewich is really starting to take shape. The scheme includes a range of USPs including large yards, extensive parking and an EPC rating A. We do not see any competition for this standard of scheme within a 20-mile radius.
