North Wales has seen a consistent demand for Multi-Let, SME industrial units with Legat Owen confirming they have fully let three industrial estates this month.
- Engineer Park, Sandycroft – 100,000 sq ft in 38 units between 500 sq ft – 20,000 sq ft
- Ashmount Enterprise Park, Flint – 80,000 sq ft in 37 units between 500 sq ft – 7,750 sq ft
- Gaerwen Industrial Estate, Anglesey – 93,500 sq ft in 36 units between 750 sq ft – 5,000 sq ft
