Acting on behalf of MCR Properties, we have successfully sold Edison Court, Wrexham to Nephi Ltd, a property investment company based in Basingstoke.
Edison Court comprises approximately 30,000 sq ft of offices on Wrexham Technology Park, the principal edge of town business park serving Wrexham and the surrounding area.

Following a successful letting campaign which resulted in 100% occupancy, we were instructed to sell the long leasehold interest in early 2019. Significant interest was generated and we are pleased to have concluded a sale to Nephi Ltd. Moving forward, we have been retained by Nephi Ltd to provide a full management service.
