Acting on behalf of John Williams Group Holdings Ltd, Legat Owen have let the former Blockbuster on Caernarfon Road, Bangor to Bargain Booze for their BB’s warehouse concept.
Commenting on the transaction, Retail Director James Lutton, who acted on behalf of John Williams Group said:-
We had significant interest in this property from day one and are delighted to secure Bargain Booze as an occupier and think the brand will sit well amongst the other occupiers on Caernarfon Road.
The rent achieved was in excess of £16,000.
