Acting on behalf of Evans Easyspace Chester Limited, Legat Owen have secured a sale of the former Evans Easyspace on Minerva Avenue to a regional property company.
Following a competitive tender process where we received a significant number of offers, the eventual purchaser was selected as the preferred bidder due to their understanding of the complex and management intensive nature of the property.
Commenting on the transaction, James Lutton who acted on behalf of Evans Easyspace Chester Limited, commented:-
The purchaser has secured a fantastic property, particularly given the lack of small industrial/office units within the city which is evidenced by the occupancy rate which has remained just under 100% for the last number of years.
