Work has completed on a speculative warehouse development in Crewe.
Q110 comprises 111,287 sq ft of space and is currently the largest industrial unit available in the area. Developed by joint venture partners Quorum and Cabot Properties, it fronts the A532 Weston Road.
The self-contained building is also adjacent to the 92,000 sq ft warehouse that Quorum acquired and let to Warehouse One last year.

Crewe continues to thrive as an industrial and logistics destination due to its position on the M6 and also the rich history of manufacturing companies based in the town.
However, there remains a lack of supply of good accommodation in the vicinity – particularly units over 50,000 sq ft. This was the last development site on Weston Road and based on discussions with occupiers so far, we are confident that this new building will attract significant interest.
