It is with great sadness that we must advise of the death of one of our founding partners, Peter Owen on 25th January 2023.
Peter arrived in Chester with Nick Legat to form Legat Owen in November 1986. Due to their great characters and professionalism the company was immediately successful and has gone from strength to strength ever since.
Peter was a very much respected member of the professional property community for over 40 years before retiring fully in 2018 and will be much missed by his many friends and former colleagues.
