Acting on behalf of landlord Redsun, Legat Owen have brokered a deal with Topps Tiles Liverpool to relocate to the former HSL unit at Brenka Avenue, Aintree.
James Lutton who acted on behalf of Redsun commented:
We were aware of the relocation requirement from a Topps Tiles and were able to agree terms with them prior to any formal marketing. The new deal reflects an increased rent for the client with no void period.
