Acting on behalf of a private landlord, Legat Owen have let the ground floor of 40-42 John Dalton Street to VG Medispa who are relocating from their former premises in Manchester city centre due to expansion.
Commenting on the transaction Retail Agent Tom Cooley who acted for the landlord said.
We saw a large amount of interest in the property and we are delighted to have achieved the asking rent of £40,000, which shows the demand for good retail space in Manchester.
