In the latest deal to be announced at Wrexham Technology Park, D.B.S. Disclosure Services have completed the purchase of a detached 7,000 sq ft two storey office building from Welsh Government.
D.B.S. will start fitting out shortly and will then relocate from their existing premises in Oswestry
Legat Owen acted for D.B.S. in the purchase of the long leasehold interest from Welsh Government.
