Sam joined Legat Owen in April 2016. He graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in 2012 with a first class honours degree and then gained valuable experience working in the Building Surveying department of a building consultancy, working on a national level.
Sam is P402 qualified for dealing with Asbestos, a Registered Domestic Energy Assessor and is currently studying towards his APC with a view to becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor in the near future.
In his spare time Sam is a keen sports enthusiast and enjoys most sports including football, tennis, NFL and fishing where he competes at club level.

Sandy joined the practice in 2018 after becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors by completing his assessment of professional competencies whilst working in Liverpool.
Sandy now specialises in retail agency and property valuation, and is responsible for a number of properties in the North West/North Wales area.
Sandy is a keen football player and fan, and attempts to get on the ski slopes when he can.

Samantha joined Legat Owen as a property manager in 2018.
She has 11 years’ experience of all aspects of commercial property management having worked at MAG Property, CBRE and for private landlords in Auckland, New Zealand. Samantha has joined the property management team at Legat Owen to provide a full range of asset management services to existing clients.
Samantha grew up in Shropshire and after 8 years abroad now lives in Chester with her partner and young son. In her spare time she enjoys Pilates, cooking and spending time with family.
Stephen WadeBSc (Hons) MRICS
Stephen joined Legat Owen in 1994 as a Chartered Surveyor. He is a Director of the Company and Head of the Business Space Team. He advises a broad range of clients on Agency, Valuation and Development matters.
Stephen is an RICS Registered Valuer and an Expert Witness in relation to both Valuation and Planning matters. He has appeared at several Planning Inquiries for the Country’s leading house builders dealing with employment land supply issues and has prepared Expert Witness reports for both commercial and matrimonial disputes.
Stephen clients include; Welsh Government, Welsh Ambulance Service Trust, Tata Steel, Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board and Airbus.
Recent transaction have included; the sale of a 160,000 sq ft distribution unit in Warrington for Celtic Asset Management, the sale of an 8.5 acre former hospital site at St Asaph for Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, the sale of a 5 acre site to VW in Llandudno Junction for Welsh Government and the acquisition of 15 acres at Parc Cybi in Holyhead on behalf of Conygar Plc for a new Truck Stop.
Sue came to Chester with Nick Legat and Peter Owen when the practice was originally founded in 1986.
She is a Director of the Company and looks after all office management and financial matters including company accounts, purchasing, support staff and IT.
